Refund & Cancellation

At Bizwish, operated by Bizwish, we are dedicated to providing industrial-grade services. Our refund policy ensures transparency and professional accountability.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if the service request is cancelled before the processing of documents has been initiated by our legal team. Once the workflow moves to the "Processing" stage, resources are allocated, and refunds cannot be granted.

2. Non-Refundable Components

Any fees already paid to Government authorities (such as MCA filing fees, GST registration fees, or Trademark fees) are strictly non-refundable as they are external costs incurred for your specific application.

3. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please submit a formal request via the Support Center in your dashboard or email info@bizwish.in. All requests will be audited within 48 business hours.

4. Credit Settlement

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days. We do not provide cash refunds.
